If scooters are damaged during transportation or have a problem once arrive, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be on the seller’s side. If the spare parts are broken within 12 months or the battery broken within 6 months, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be on the customers’ side. Man-made damage and water entered are not covered by the warranty. Normally, our scooters will be okay within one year, because there will be strict quality inspections to make sure every scooter is perfect before sending it out. It's quick alright!
I got the scooter yesterday and so far so good! I'm a big dude weighing 300 lbs and the single motor mode can carry me no problem. The second motor can speed up the things by a big margin. It can realistically only do 40 to 50 miles of range no matter the wight of the user. The lights are too showy which some like but I do not. Wish I had more controls over the lighting.
