My Dad loves this style jacket. This is the second one of this style we've gotten because he wears them working and almost daily. He likes the warmth from the lining and flexibility of movements allowed by the fabric/construction. These wash and dry well monthly or even with more frequency. We size up because my Dad layers with flannel shirts and a knit or fleece vest. He could wear a large, but we go up to XL. I would suggest sizing up only if you plan to layer up as I mentioned. Great to be able to find these jackets via Walmart.
