1. If there is a small amount of fiber loss when the goods are just received, it is the floating fiber caused by the machine cutting during the production process. You can clean it with a vacuum cleaner or tap it before use. It will not depilate during normal use.

2. Shipped by express length limitations, the carpet need to be folded or rolled up, which will produce a slight crease. You can restore it by using a hanging iron or sprinkling some water to dry it naturally.
