I'm a person that is very skeptical of products. I always read the reviews and see how many people actually like the product before purchasing it so I decide to take a chance and I'm telling you this is a good product. I have hot flashes every single night I wake up every night the same time because of my hot flashes I've tried other products but to me this is the best by far. Please give it a try if you haven't already it does really work. I put it on at night just before I go to bed because it only lasts for eight hours. I only needed it at night and it works very well. I would highly recommend this product.
