As someone who is getting older I need to start taking my health serious. As a result, I've been doing research and felt I could benefit from turmeric. The anti-inflammatory and immune system benefits were the top two that drew me to it. These capsules are larger than most, but super easy to swallow if you have no issues with pills. I've been taking them for almost a month and my knees definitely dont hurt as much anymore so Im happy with my results and will continue to take the supplement.

I was a bit skeptical when first taking these that there would be a bad taste/scent. That is not the case! These capsules have no bad taste and are super easy to take. I have had some joint pain and since taking these I feel 100 times better! I would much rather take this than ibuprofen. I will continue to take these because of the effectiveness.
