Move over all other laxatives! this is the best!!! I normolly only use stool softner each day, but my constipation got way worse so I needed a change. I had sworn off laxative pills in the past, because they always gave me alot of pain and stomach cramps. I've tried so many OTC products, digestive supplements, enemas and prescriptions, and they werent working. Saw this new product and gave it a try. I took 2 at night and next day had movement, several times throught the morning and a little in evening. No cramping, no diarrhea, just soft.
