Swanson Griffonia 5-HTP Supplement, 100mg, 60 Capsules

Very helpful to stay sleeping without waking up constantly through the night, as I do if I don't take these. If I take them around supper time then I get a much more solid night of sleep. When I first starting taking these I didn't know what time of day to take them, it just said 1x per day and I was taking them at bedtime. They didn't seem to be helping like I was told they would. So I read more about them and found out that they could help keep me asleep, once I was asleep - not make me tired right after taking them. And I have found that taking them 5 - 6 hours before bed helps lots more and helps me to sleep through the night much better! I do take a sleeping pill to help fall asleep, but these 5HTP really help to keep me asleep throughout the night and not wake up constantly. My mother-in-law was having difficulties with her sleep like I was and after she started taking these it got better for her too.
