Not what i expected

This item is very small and was delivered in a flat envelope/cardboard type package. I had no idea what had been delivered until i opened it. I thought it was a true wreath and it Is NOT! I did not use it. Can i get a refund on this item?? In the attached pic you can see the packaging it arrived in, image of the back and image of the front with shades next to it so you can get an idea of the size
