I don't usually leave a review of good or bad but the rug was not what I was expecting AT ALL. It looked like a real jute braided rug in the picture but was NOT. I tried to request a refund and have yet to be contacted by the seller Qinhoo or from Walmart when I told them that Qinhoo has yet to contact me.
