Very Nice Seeds

Nigella is used (by me) in kichari and other ayurvedic recipes. Living in a rural area makes finding them a challenge. iHerb has the best quality organic nigella seeds that add great flavor and benefit to recipes and are easy to order and deliver. Highly recommend.
