HI PZ1, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm very sorry to hear your Tone bathroom faucet is showing water stains. I would like to take some time to explain water spots and how to remove them. Water spots can show on any metallic finish when the water is hard or salt from a water softener is present. To help prevent them, we suggest wiping the product dry after use.
