It came and had a big crack in the front of it had to contact with Walmart to get my money back, but they would not release my money as I had already cut the hole in my trailer and could not leave it there. I told them to send me the other window and I will give the person that brings it the broke window to replace it so I don't leave my trailer bear and raise the structure of my trailer. They would not assist and accommodate that they did not care that it would risk the structure of my trailer to leave it without a window so I told them I have to put that one in until the new one came and they still would not assist and tell me I had to go to the merchant which I did and they gave me 30% back I am still dissatisfied because I have a product that I ordered that was not supposed to be damaged and it was damaged the box. Nothing was wrong with the box at all, so I feel that it was damaged at the senders keeping area and they still put it in the box and sent it damaged and all, but they stated that it got damaged in transit, which I just don't feel like it did because the box was not messed up at all, but the item was so that tells me it was messed up when it was put in the box by the merchant, but I did get the 30% back
