It's works with an additional keyboard. No is idea

The computer arrived on the indicated day although very early. but unfortunately I can't use it because the keyboard doesn't work, only the letters b and n work. The other keys are unusable. There is also a lock on the top of the F4 keyboard. The operating system works with excellent.
