Been using this for over 25 years. From when Knox Gelatin first brought it to market (in small yellow/orange cans). Several years ago they contracted with Osteo Bi-Flex to produce it. Nutra-Joint has helped my knees, trigger fingers (no more shots :) ), and my hip problem. Takes about 3-4 weeks for best relief, it is so gradual is the relief that you don't notice it (until you stop to see if it is doing any good). Your body uses the gelatin to repair itself and the glucosamine to help lubricate joints and tendons. It also contains vitamin D3 to help you absorb the calcium from your food as well as 26% of your daily calcium for a 2,000 calorie diet. Plus other essential vitamins and minerals I can not say enough good words for such an excellent product that not only works with your body but takes a healthy, sensible, natural approach to joint heath.
