Although it says they come fully charged, mine came 100% dead. However, they work just fine and the price is right. The USB charger, I thought, was unique. Charged them right next to my laptop and actually like that the cord is short. I use it now to charge 2 phones, stacked, from USB port! And no messy, clumsy cords all over desk. 5 Stars. Buy these.
