FurHaven Pet Products offers a ninety (90) day limited warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship unless otherwise noted on product packaging. Defects in material and/or workmanship are defined as: flaws in fabric, finish or materials not naturally occurring; sewing; gluing; stapling; zipper construction or installation. Absolutely no warranty or return for credit will be offered for acts beyond the manufacturer’s control. High Quality and Easy Assembly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats love their cat tree scratching post. It is made of good quality materials, the directions are clear and my cats are using it. All parts are very clearly marked. I think the hex screws should have a small countersink hole in the main post, but it is still easy to assemble and sturdy to put together. The scratching area is a corrugated brown cardboard which is non toxic and should last a long time, since the layers are quite compressed and glued together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat would not stop scratching our leather furniture and I was needing something to help her not scratch our couches. When I saw this I knew immediately this would help her and keep her off of our leather furniture and since putting this together and giving her the ability to scratch this post she loves it. I love the look and she loves to scratch on this post. It's a win win for us both!
