The sectional altogether is beautiful! BUT!!!! Like some of the other reviewers mentioned, my delivery was not great! They used Maersk shipping service, my item was delayed and took longer than expected, the items were delivered to my front door and I was told by the delivery driver, they were told not to bring the package in the house (which I never experienced with furniture delivery, EVER!), lastly the seller stated they couldn't find my order number so I can get help with led driver board that broke that's still under the manufacturers warranty. Walmart isn't very helpful either when it comes to issues and disputes with third party sellers. Walmart expects the customer to jump through hoops to find a solution without providing a clear and seamless pathway option to resolve issues/conflicts. Walmart says to contact customer support but they aren't too savvy on the process for situations like this.
