Lordy Lordy this blanket is warm. Now I will say if you don't like the long wispy feel then this blanket isn't for you, but if you do, you'll love this. I got this for my father who stays cold, and he says he has to throw it off of him a lot for getting so warm he'll start to sweat. And with the winter we've had this year he really needed it due to arthritis and circulatory problems, meaning his joints don't feel as stiff and legs keep sensation because he is staying warmer.
