Lemme Curb for Health Reasons

I'm in my 20s and I weigh 157lbs now. I used to be 186lbs. I went to get my physical with bloodwork done at 186 and was shocked that I was on the cusp of being pre-diabetic. I needed to change my diet and overall stop over eating. I'm major sweet tooth, and I love to snack at work. But when a friend of mine told me about Lemme, I was so skeptical about it. Although, I heard good reviews about craving suppressing I gave it a shot. I'm on my second bottle going to third now and I love it. I barely snack now. I can't eat a lot of sweets anymore bc it makes me feel meh. One or two bites I feel more satisfied, and I have to share my desserts and sweets w my man now haha. I still have my boba, my donuts, chocolates. But it is very limited now bc I don't crave it anymore. I crave more veggies and fruits (which I hated eating at 186). But my weight loss was due to exercises and diet, but with lemme Curb - I lost weight faster (not just fat). My body composition improved a lot tho. But my overall goal was to reduce my sugar craving and Lemme Curb helps! I recommend doing it for 3 months bc at the end of the 1st month, I saw more improvements.
