The housing body is made of reinforced polypropylene for strength & resistance to chemicals, the black cap is made of high-flow polypropylene for toughness. Food grade material makes all filtered water is safe & healthy. The cap has 1" inlet / outlet brass ports which allowed better sealed connections to the corresponding pipes. This unit is appropriate for well water, commercial & industrial filtration.

Extends life of Washing Machines, Water Heaters & Other Household Appliances Keeps water fresh by reducing and removing iron, manganese, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, herbicides, pesticides, and other industrial chemicals.
- uD83DuDC8E EASY TO OPERATE: There are 2 rubber O-rings on the top of the housing body to ensure a watertight seal. Such design allowed properly seal cap and housing body to prevent water leakage when you replace cartridge. The built-in red pressure relief button on the inlet side of the cap releases pressure in the housing for changing filter cartridges. According to system size leave 4 inches free space should be left between bottom of the system and floor to allowed easy filter cartridge replacement.
