Schleich Dinosaurs Large Realistic Therizinosaurus Figurine with Moving Jaw - Prehistoric Durable Jurassic Dino Figurine - Kids Ages 4+

I received the Schleich Dinosaur, Therizinosaurus Toy, for an unbiased review. Based on the the small booklet that came with the dinosaur, the Therizinosaurus is from the time of the late Cretaceous era, 69-76 million years ago. The little pamphlet also states that of all the animals that ever lived on earth, the Therizinosaurus probably had the longest claws. This type of dinosaur is a herbivore and weighed 4 tons. The small fold out booklet comes in a few different languages. My five year old son will love this hard plastic dinosaur toy. This will be a great addition to his collection of dinosaurs. The legs and body don't move, but his arms do move up and down, about half way or a quarter of a full 360 arm turn. The arms move easily and feel durable. The dinosaur can stand up unassisted. This toy is approximately 8.5 inches tall and 7.5 inches wide (including his tail). It is a good sized toy for kids to play with and it looks real with nice colors and textures. The red is vivid and this dinosaur is hand painted which is very neat. I am pleased and I would recommend this for any dinosaur lover, boy, or girl. My son has other dinosaurs that have been purchased at several different stores, but this one matches well enough to have him feel like they all match as a collection.

I gave this to my grandson for Christmas. He loved it. The Therizionaurus is very realistic looking, and has a heavy poor so it should not be easy to break. This is a good thing, because my grandson is very hard on toys and breaks everything. The detail on this figure is very nice. He looks ferocious.
