I absolutely love this runner, we've only had it for about 3 weeks but I don't see anything problems with it. What I forgot to buy was the non-slip mat that goes underneath, I have mine on wooden floors so the runner is always moving around but it still looks beautiful. The runner has a very classic look, and adds warmth to any room.
