A lot of good things inside.
I think this stuff makes me feel better. When I forget to use it, I feel less vigorous. There is a lot of good stuff in this product. I don't know how I would get it all for the price----although I do think the price is a bit high.

great product and great price! as always they were shipped promptly, packaged very nicely, and arrived here in Canada really quickly! ordered these for my mother, and she seems very pleased with them... and i'm happy that she's taking a decent vitamin supplement regularly now! :)
