Showed Up with Chips and Scratches on Product.
I purchased this to match the one I got for my large dog. The one I got for my large dog was from Amazon, and I tried to get on for my small dog but that one on Amazon was not available. So I was excited to find one for my small dog on here. First of all it was more expensive on here plus $12 shipping on top of that. But I paid it because it matched my larger one and the small on is still unavailable on Amazon. Today it arrived and what made me So upset was this one showed up with a corner chipped off, scratches all over it and wrapped up like it was a used product. :( :( So now not only did I pay more but the product is damage!! I immediately called the customer service and no answer on any of their lines. So now I'm left with a decision to keep the product or send it back. *sigh* So Not Happy Right Now!! I paid $52 for a damaged (looked used) product!! All I want is the same product for my small dog; I didn't realize it was going to be so difficult!!
