This mat has tempur-pedic memory foam and its an inch thick. Most mats that claim to help and be very thick are NOT an inch thick. You'll have a hard time finding one that provides more cushion and support! However, the colors and patterns are limited. And while usually a great quality, mat,. Except the last one had damages from the factory :( but I returned it .

In addition, due to special technologies used mat gives a relief to your back, knees and legs. It is very well-made; the quality of materials is outstanding, and the product looks durable. No stains, no fade. The mat is comfortable, nice and soft. It stays in place, doesn't slide around and is very easy to clean. The pewter color is rich and sophisticated and compliments my kitchen cabinets and floors perfectly. I'm absolutely happy with Ladena anti-fatigue mats and will totally recommend!
