I would give zero stars if I could.

Avoid Virco Products: Inferior Quality and Abysmal Customer Service. As the rocking chair was normal use on carpets, its legs gradually started to bend. In less than 10months, the legs bent so severely that the seat was only 10 inches above the floor, rendering the chair completely non-functional. When I reached out to Virco's customer service, despite their advertised 5 or 10 year warranty, I received no assistance. The Virco representative was unhelpful, stating that they only honor warranties for items purchased directly from Virco, as they could not verify purchase history. Even when I offered to send the receipt, the representative refused to accept it. She then directed me to contact Walmart, placing the burden on them. However, Walmart could not assist with the defective chair since the warranty responsibility lies with Virco. BE CAUTIOUS: Virco products purchased from retailers are NOT COVERED under their warranty. Virco's customer service is the Worst I have ever experienced.
