1. The USB cable is NOT for charging, ONLY for connection with Computer. If you have issues with power on the GPS by the USB cable (GPS can not turn on, flash screen, etc.), please use the car charging adapter to charge the GPS for 10 minutes first.
2. This GPS can not work in the house. It works by satellite, so you have to use it outside to get the signal. You can just leave it in your car when you are driving, it'll take around 5 mins to get the signal and update the location.
3. If the GPS can not get the signal, you may need to reset the GPS receiver. Please go to "GPSinfo", find and click "Reset" button, and try the GPS outside again.
4. We offer life time free maps update, you don't need to update every year, just update when the GPS is not accurate in your area. When you need to update, please message us, we will send you the newest version and the instruction.
