Sent ladder with a broken rung attachment.

I liked the ladder until I discovered a broken plastic blue piece on the rung and Ive never even used it yet. all metal except these little blue pieces on the rung that are plastic. Not inspected! I need a replacement piece sent to me!!! Not happy. I have a picture of the broken piece.
