My podiatrist recommended this and it works as it's supposed to. He mentioned that the sprays are not as good as the creams for athletes foot or cracked skin on the heels of your feet. It worked my cracks on my feet are much better and my toes don't look so red and inflamed anymore. But it's kind of pricey. It's a cream so it looks white and solid. It's easy to apply to your skin of the feet. There is no applicator. I just use my fingers. I don't really feel any sensation, but I do put a pair of socks on after I use this cream on my feet. It's very easy to use.

Just as described - will work on some toenail fungus, but may or may not work on all. Have been using about a week and I can already see it disappearing from my son's big toenail. Both big toenails are affected and the other one seems a little stubborn, but will keep using as I do see improvement. Yay! After it's cleared up, Dr. said to lightly rub Vicks on all toenails everyday. Will do.
