The only window unit with real heat pump technology that is capable of heating down to 5 degrees F. Other ones like Midea only heat to 40F and then shut off. 11,000 BTUs of heat on a 110v circuit. Waiting to see how it does this summer in the brutal southern heat.

Heat pump works great
I bought this primarily for the heat pump feature in my basement, which has electric baseboard installed. The heat pump has allowed all of the baseboard units to be turned off, and keeps the temperature more balanced throughout the area since this will actually move air. There will be a few nights where the baseboard will still need to be used (this is only rated to -5F external temperature), but this should pay for itself in energy savings in the first winter. Installation was exactly the same as any window unit AC. One person can do it, but beware, it is heavy.

This A/C runs at various speeds depending on the need. If it is trying to maintain a temperature it is so quiet you may not know it's running. If you are trying to cool down a hot house it is going to get loud. So far it is keeping a 900ft2 house cool.
