I am 6', 200 lbs with a neutral gait. These are excellent for my 15 miles a week needs. I just ran a half-marathon in them, no issues with feet, ankles or knees. Fit is nice with good toe box and secure heel. I recommend them.

Feels like clouds

I've been running most of my life on trails but moved to a spot in the world where trails don't really exist! Plenty of road running here, so I knew I needed a comfy pair of shoes to try and enjoy the road with!! The Gel-Kayano 31's are incredible. Feels like you're running on clouds. These are my second pair of Gel-Kayano's. I definitely recommend these shoes to anyone who wants to enjoy there feet after running on pavement!
