Very easy to assemble. Pretty quiet, I couldn't hear footsteps through the bedroom door. The incline transitions smoothly and gives an effective workout. The Handrails keep recording the burned calories and your heart rate along with distance. The control panel is super cute with different modes and the buttons are easily amped or slowed down. The deck is wide enough that we aren't slipping or scratching the sides/back. There is a holder for your phone and for your drink. I would definitely recommend this treadmill for Affordability,Size, Incline and the quietness.
