I recently turned 41 and I have noticed many changes in my joint and circulation health. I have heard omega 3 acids are very helpful for health as humans age, so I decided to give this product a try. The softgels are fairly easy to take, but they are on the bigger side. The serving size and price are great, making this product affordable, especially since I'm trying it out to see if it may help me long term.

Help for Arthritis in the Knees

I purchased the Osteo Bi-Flex advanced omega-3 joint complex pills. I have arthritis in my knees and get steroid shots in them. This is a nice addition to have as it provides support to your joints. I like that the ingredients are plant paste so you are not putting anything harmful into your system. The product is also good for your heart and circulation, which helps improve overall health. I have not noticed a lot of relief but any type of pill it takes several weeks to be able to notice something. It is a pharmacist recommended for a joint supplement, so I have high hopes that continued use will help improve the flexibility of joints and ease some arthritic pain. The pills themselves don't smell good, but usually vitamins don't. Taking them with a big glass of water, though they are easy to swallow and have not had any occurrences of an upset stomach or feeling ill after taking them.
