Owl fabric review

The pattern and fabric was beautiful. However the pictures on the website didn't give a good indication of the fabric and size of the actual owl pattern and pattern meaning how many of them there were within the yardage purchased. I was presuming there was one owl or 4 or6 on a yard. I had no idea. Also it's a mole hair fabric. Totally different than it states. Beautiful but different texture. There was absolutely no space to cut from the sides of each owl to make something. I made a pillow and used two additional fat quarters to make the pillow then added one owl cutout for center as a gift. She loved it. I had ti make a 1/4 seam then topstitch to make it neat losing that edge. I now have all the rest as I only used one owl. I will use them eventually. I'm thinking of a possible lap quilt but again I'd have to add a lot of extra and I will lose the edges on this fabric due to the limited space on the side edges. As for the top and bottom edges there is plenty of space. I wish in the future due to being an online purchase that the description be very specific and that will help me and the company have less returns.
