Instructions
Slice top from onion, keeping root tip intact to hold onion together. Use coring tool to remove core from onion and discard. Place onion into slicing guide and slice entire onion to form petals. Remove onion from guide and brush lightly with olive oil, inside and out. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on roasting rack with cut side facing down. Grill over high heat for 15-20 minutes, turn flame down to medium low and continue grilling for another 40 minutes. Remove onion from grill and serve with dipping sauce or as a garnish for proteins. Care: All parts are dishwasher safe in the top shelf. Step 1: Core. Step 2: Cut. Step 3: Grill. Step 4: Serve.
