Do not combine Royal Maca® with any form of testosterone or estrogen, including HRT, phytoestrogenic herbs such as black cohosh, motherwort, red clover, etc., or with estrogen precursors such as pregnenolone, DHEA, or Vitex. Women should stop using estrogenic supplements for 4 weeks before starting use of Royal Maca® and may use generous amounts of Royal Camu® to alleviate symptoms during the 4-week transition period. Royal Maca® usually does not combine well with ginseng and other adaptogenic botanicals. Do not use Royal Maca® if you are taking Tamoxifen® for breast cancer or Lupron® for prostate cancer Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing

Menopause helper
I had just started having hot flushes for a few weeks and was finding it very hard going so I did some research and ordered these royal maca tablets . I have been on 2 a day with a menopause supplement and can not believe I have not had 1 hot flush since which I know is very hard to believe but is the truth I am keeping my fingers crossed it continues as hate that hot feeling 😊I am definitely ordering some more as I am sooo delighted !!!! Long may it last

Great supplement for menopause
I'm 51 and i've experiencing hot flashes during the night and sometimes during the day too. Started to take Royal Maca and it just made wonders! Flashes gone in a couple of days. Although it says the dosage should be 3 capsules a day, i started with only 2 and in less than a week took only 1. It was enough and i keep taking Maca once per day. Very satisfied! Thank you
