Terrible service from Walmart

This item is overpriced. I am trying to return it. I received a bar code from customer care. I went to take it back today and I am told they are receiving an error message, and can not accept return. I was told to call customer care again and I did, ALL I got was "electronic" answering an unable to speak to a human. I will not buy anything from Walmart, ever.
