I ordered the items well in advance of leaving the country. Walmart gave me a projected delivery date. When that date came, nothing was delivered so I called customer service. They assured me that it would arrive by 10:00 p.m.. that did not happen. Next, I was getting delay messages saying that the package would come on December 26th. I was leaving the country on December 26th so I called again. I ordered two packages of the identical items. As it turned out, one was actually delivered, the other was still expected on the 26th. Upon calling customer service again, another person told me that I should have the second package by 10:00 p.m. same as before. All this was the Sunday before December 26th. At this point I've asked for a refund and received it. However, now I have to disappoint people that these items were for when I go on my trip. We shop at Walmart regularly. However, their delivery experience is always a roller coaster. I'm not sure how companies like Amazon can do things almost seamlessly, but Walmart is always in disarray with their deliveries. Live and learn.
