The only thing i can say negative is the Taste, but i have found if i chase it down with coffee i cant feel that after taste otherwise i smell and taste the fish. but it has been working to boost my energy so i will stay with it i like that it gets into my system quickly vs. pills.i hope they come out with another flavore. i have gotten my coworkers hooked on this
