Too Small, and thin material

These are 2 sizes to small. I ordered a 3x for my Husband, but they are maybe a XL. In the picture they look like they are made of thick material, but they are made of thin material. Very disappointed. Giving a 2 star instead of 1 star because, they still look cool with all the pockets.
