Filters are great. Walmart shipping is very bad.

I ordered four of these filters in one order. They measure 20 x 25 x1. Walmart sent them to me one by one in four separate huge boxes, almost three feet tall, filled with plastic air pillows. The boxes themselves were flimsy. They arrived on three separate days. In two of the boxes the single filter was damaged and each has to be returned to a store. I had to put two of the damaged filters in one box (easily done) because the box is so big only one would fit in my car. There was no packing slip or receipt in any of the boxes. This is the most wasteful, inefficient method of shipping I have ever encountered.

Good Product, Messed Up Delivery

We ordered these filters because one of our Grandsons has developed allergies to cat hair, and we have two of them. We hired a cleaning service to house clean and a carpet cleaning service to do the floors. These type of filters were recommended by his doc to filter the air. We were told to run our A/C system ON MANUAL FAN for several hours before he comes over. We had to order these online since they weren't carried in the store, but Ship-to-Store. It took two weeks to get three units in of the four ordered. The filters were 20x30". Each filter came separately in a huge box. What a waist of resources. All three could easily fit in one box. Then one filter was the wrong type of filter, but the price wasn't reduced. (Picking Error.) Then I had to go stand in line at Cust Serv to get a refund. Before store delivery, I got a notice that one was back ordered and probably won't ship. Bottom line, happy with filters received, disappointed in Site-to-Store service.
