I had a very good experience with the seller. I ordered a total of three bench cushions and two back cushions. They confirmed the measurements, and had a very good response with any questions I had. They finished my cushions quickly, but the shipping did take some time from China. One of the cushions that I ordered took almost a month, but it was well worth it. Before I ordered, I was able to get some samples to confirm the color of the fabric, so I would highly recommend doing so. I ordered green linen, and the color was accurate to the photo online. The cushions were very well-made and good quality. If you are not sure about the foam thickness that you want to order, I would find out if they can send you a sample. I ordered a 4 inch thickness and then a 5 inch thickness on two separate bench cushions, but ordered both with the dense as opposed to the soft foam. But even with dense foam, the density in the 5 inch cushion was actually softer than the density of the 4 inch cushion. It worked out fine, but if you order say a 4 inch cushion and like that particular foam density, and then order a different cushion height or size, such as a 5 inch, verify the density of the foam will be the same. They told me the bigger the cushion, the more weight to the foam, and with the density, it can end up getting really heavy. The back cushions turned out great. I ordered a 2 inch thickness with the rounded top. Be aware if you have a corner bench, you may want to order a back cushion that is straight edged. The rounded top had a gap when they came together at the corner. It worked fine, but just be aware. Something I should've considered in advance. Also, these are not reversible. The zipper is on the bottom, and you can't flip the cushion over without seeing the zipper.
