This graphite pencil set features pencils with leads that vary in hardness, allowing you to use them to form thick or thin marks on your next project. The leads vary in hardness. Create smooth, fine lines or soft, slick strokes. Easily sharpen to your desired point. The 6.9mm diameter pencils have a slim, hexagonal barrel. The strip width identifies the pencil grade. Each set features a 2.2mm strip for the hardest grades and a 3.5mm strip for the softest grades. Derwent graphite pencil set includes two each of the grades HB, 2B, 4B, and 2H, and one each of the remaining 16 grades (9B - 9H). Packaged in a tin that allows for convenient and quick selection. With a hexagonal barrel, you get greater precision for drawings. Hard (H) grades have a 2.2 mm core for sharp lines. Black (B) soft grades use a 3.5 mm core for smoother lines.
