Game Changer

This product is an absolute game changer for a zero-calorie substitute. I have tried them all. If you have a sensitivity to stevia or surculose which they mix in a lot of the drinks, you can immediately taste the nasty aftertaste. I use this in all my coffee and tea. The only difference is about 65% sweet compared to sugar so you will need to adjust to taste. You can also bake with this product with very good results. If you're looking to cut your sugar this is the one.

this is the best product I have bought as a diabetic, this is the best product that helps slow down the absorption of carbs and helps lower blood sugar. Its a substitute if you need some sweeteness in tea or coffee becuae clearly just stirring with my finger wasnt sweet enough. If you have a fatty liver its a better substitute than sugar and fake sugar. You got to be kind to your liver. Everything in moderation.
