the best for pregnancy
i had iron deficiency during pregnancy, and this was recommended to me by my midwife and it was the best. It really helped me with feeling energized and not feeling dizzy as I was. The ingredients are all clean and plant based. it also tastes great.

I like the taste of this product. I did a ferritin test before and after and went up 9 points for the 6 month period. I want to mention that I don't take it every day, maybe 2-3 times a week.
