The blade commercial semi-automatic meat slicer is specifically designed for commercial use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, butcher shops, delis, farms, and even home use. MS-12N 12" features 420 watts of motor power for commercial applications, it is perfect for slicing meats(recommended), vegetables, cheeses, and fruits smoothly, quickly, and effortlessly up to .6" thick (0-15mm) with the numerical scale knob. MS-12N 12" also provides a built-in dual whetstones sharpener and ring guard assembly for the blade, which is more convenient to keep a razor-sharp edge on the blade, and safer to use. The slicer's blade of constructed of and the body of MS-12N 12" is made of aluminum alloy which is more durable and less likely to corrode.

Highly Recommend!
I gotta say I am impressed with this machine. The shipment came in very quickly and with no damages. Price is reasonable and the machine is very well built. We bought this for our restaurant to mainly slice frozen meat for shabu shabu. Slicing things paper see-through thin and thicker with no issues. Overall, it makes our job so much easier in the kitchen. It takes us about 15 mins to take apart and thoroughly clean after using. Will recommend using a cut resistance glove to handle the blade as it is razor sharp. I am very pleased and it is worth every penny I paid for it. Would totally recommend this product, cant beat the price and quality.

Not worth the price
The item arrived with cosmetic damage but doesn't affect the functionality. I was hesitating between this and the Beswood. Eventually, end up with KWS due to their higher wattage. Tried it and didn't like it. Mainly used it for frozen meat. The blade wobbles when cutting. Then, I purchased Beswood. The size for Beswood is smaller but the quality is much better. End up returning the KWS.

"COMMERCIAL" is a marketing phrase misused here.
I bought this as a replacement for an ACTUAL commercial slicer. DONT BE FOOLED. This is for ambitious homeowners! NOT commercial quality.
