I was surprised that this purchase was a refurbished computer. While the price was very reasonable, I didn't see any indication that it was refurbished until it arrived in a non-Apple box. Furthermore, it only has a 30 day warranty and limited instructions. This purchase was for a gift where the recipient is just using it. Hopefully AppleCare will cover this purchase. The file transfer feature took a lot of time and multiple efforts. On the positive side, the fingerprint logon feature is nice.
