Why some customers mention the alarm goes off without my knowledge?
In old version, some TV remote may interfere the alarm remote signal, made the alarm ON by mistake. Currently we have fixed this problem in the new version. Now it's hard to interfere the alarm remote signal. There's also a MUTE option to avoid.
Why some customers said the day of the week is wrong?
Because they have set a wrong "YEAR". According to most of our feedback, many customers forget it's now 2024 Year and they have set it to 2023. After that, the day of week will automatically calculate by mistake.
The RGB colors keep changing. Can I freeze it to a certain color?
Yes, you can hold "Display Color" button until your favorite color appears, then release the button and the color will freeze.
Does it use battery to work? What will it happen if it lose power.
No, it doesn't need AAA batteries. It MUST plug in to work with adapter(included.) Because LED lights need much power to work. If you use battery, it needs to replace very often. However, there's a CR2032 battery inside for setting memory.
