Installation Method: First remove the oil drain plug with a socket wrench, let all the oil flow out, and remove the oil filter cover on the top of the engine. Pull the oil filter and cap straight up to remove it from the canister, remove the cap, remove the old oil filter cap O-ring, install the new oil filter in place. If installed correctly, you will hear it click into place. Reinstall components and torque cap to 25 Nm, after adding oil, run the engine for 3 minutes and check for leaks.
