Definitely a superfood
I tried the Greens Blend Energy Lemon Line. Whenever you buy a powdered drink you have to figure out what works best for be it just. mixing it with water, adding it to a smoothie or a shake. I tried it with just cold water and I like it just like that. I didn't feel the need to anything. I used a shaker bottle and that worked fine. It is a quick, easy way to get a intake of more nutrients with little effort.

Love these greens! The Amazing Grass Lemon Lime Energy Blend Greens is the best! It has a wonderful taste and is very easy to mix into your favorite liquid, but honestly I keep it simple and just mix it with water because the Lemon Lime flavor is delicious. I usually start my mornings off with this energy blend because I'm not a coffee drinker, and guess what? It does the trick giving me a boost in the morning.
